Ethereal Blooming

In this audiovisual project, Alba explores ideas of femininity, identity, and ideologies of beauty. Eight women got naked and flourished as new beings, they hugged, danced, and laughed; they created sisterhood. In an evocative way, the project explores an ethereal feminine narrative.

Ethereal Blooming was published in MEOW magazine and was part of the 2021 Women and Gender Studies History Month Virtual Conference: The University of Texas at el Paso.
